This innovative approach to real estate revitalization includes an injection of mezzanine investment. This marks a first for the TRUST VALUE series, as it seeks funding beyond traditional banking channels. Tōdō Group has set ambitious goals for the future, aiming to achieve a total asset management scale of
300 billion yen by 2030. With the project slogan, “A Mission to Liberate Real Estate,” the group intends to challenge conventional real estate norms by implementing PropTech and IoT solutions.

TRUST VALUE Kojimachi project is strategically positioned in Chiyoda, Tokyo, at
3-7-7 Kojimachi. It is set for an extensive renovation, with construction expected to start on
September 31, 2025, and completion projected for
December 31, 2025.
The project’s aim is not merely aesthetic improvement; it is focused on creating a renewed urban business hub that maximizes the property’s value through various enhancements. Key upgrades will include:
