This marks a first for the TRUST VALUE series, as it seeks funding beyond traditional banking channels. The TRUST VALUE Kojimachi project is strategically positioned in Chiyoda, Tokyo, at 3-7-7 Kojimachi. It is set for an extensive renovation, with construction expected to start on September 31, 2025, and completion projected for December 31, 2025.
