In the heart of Tokyo, Tōdō Group, a comprehensive real estate firm, is making waves in the property market with the introduction of their latest project, TRUST VALUE Kojimachi. This endeavor signifies the culmination of 50 real estate revitalization projects and marks a significant collaboration with Minato Financial Partners, a subsidiary of Minato Holdings, known for its expertise in electronic components, digital conferencing systems, and IT development.

This innovative approach to real estate revitalization includes an injection of mezzanine investment. This marks a first for the TRUST VALUE series, as it seeks funding beyond traditional banking channels. Tōdō Group has set ambitious goals for the future, aiming to achieve a total asset management scale of 300 billion yen by 2030. With the project slogan, “A Mission to Liberate Real Estate,” the group intends to challenge conventional real estate norms by implementing PropTech and IoT solutions.

Project Overview


The TRUST VALUE Kojimachi project is strategically positioned in Chiyoda, Tokyo, at 3-7-7 Kojimachi. It is set for an extensive renovation, with construction expected to start on September 31, 2025, and completion projected for December 31, 2025.

The project’s aim is not merely aesthetic improvement; it is focused on creating a renewed urban business hub that maximizes the property’s value through various enhancements. Key upgrades will include:
  • - Facade and Common Area Improvements: Enhancements to the building's exterior and communal spaces to boost visibility and connectivity within the area.
  • - Interior Redesign: An open-flow design leading from the entrance to a lounge space, offering both aesthetic appeal and functional privacy with glass partitions
  • - Dedicated Office Spaces on 2nd and 9th Floors: Adaptations for setup office configurations to suit modern business needs.

This kind of investment and operational strategy emphasizes a commitment to not only revitalizing older buildings but also maximizing their potential for profitability and sustainability.
