Toshio Mii brings a wealth of experience as an engineer and a diverse international background. He has a robust record across research and development, manufacturing, business development, and management in semiconductor, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors, both in Japan and the United States.
In his most recent role at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Mii oversaw market development for the manufacturing and semiconductor sectors across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at GE Healthcare, leading transformations in digital healthcare.
Mii began his career at IBM, where he spent 27 years in both technical and managerial roles in advanced technology domains, leading global semiconductor development alliances. He holds a bachelor's degree from Keio University and both a master’s and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
