Tokyo Gakugei University and Partners Present the 2025 Annual Report "SEED"



In a collaborative effort, Tokyo Gakugei University, the Children’s Future Research Institute, and Gibraltar Life Insurance Company have unveiled their latest initiative aimed at enhancing the operational activities of school educators. This effort takes the form of a comprehensive annual report titled "SEED," which is set to be freely available on their dedicated web platform, "CREDUON FOR TEACHERS," starting July 10, 2025.

"CREDUON FOR TEACHERS" serves as a pivotal information hub tailored specifically for educators. Launched in November 2014, this platform has seen the publication of a remarkable 576 issues as of June 15, with articles designed to ignite the creative educational mindset in teachers. Its creators aim to provide a supportive environment for educators, offering insights and resources that can enhance their teaching practices.

The collaborative project is supervised by Professor Kentaro Masuda of Tokyo Gakugei University’s Graduate School of Education, reinforcing the academic and practical foundation for the materials offered.

Highlights of the 2025 Annual Report "SEED"


The 2025 edition of the Annual Report well reflects the needs and dynamics of today's teaching landscape, carefully curating 12 selected articles from the CREDUON platform. These articles focus on support for educators' operational activities, tackling diverse themes critical to contemporary education. Some notable pieces in the report include:
  • - Effective Teaching in the Era of Advanced Science and Technology: A guide on what constitutes effective teaching in today’s world.
  • - Staging Backgrounds and Child Prodigies: An exploration of how comics can inform our understanding of theatre and education, presenting theatre as a cooperative endeavor.

Originally started as a platform for publishing educational articles, CREDUON has evolved significantly since its inception. The shift to "CREDUON FOR TEACHERS" represents a commitment to tailor content for those in academia, focusing on creativity in education. From 2021 onwards, the platform diversified by introducing "Kiku CREDUON," which offers podcast episodes for audio consumption, broadening the methods through which educators can engage with material.
