Under the umbrella of KONA'S Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, the restaurant draws inspiration from Hawaii's diverse cultural tapestry, created by the mingling of people from various regions. To coincide with their sixth year in operation, the Coconut Curry Pho has received enhancements based on feedback from diners who enjoyed the dish last year.

Drawing inspiration from the popular Thai dish Khao Soi, this Coconut Curry Pho features a luscious coconut milk base that melds beautifully with various spices, creating a delightful harmony of flavors. This year, the dish has seen an upgrade with thicker rice noodles, ensuring a better pairing with the broth, which has been refined to be more refreshing while still maintaining a complex flavor profile.
