RADPAIR Unveils PAIRsdk and Forms Coalition for Advanced AI in Radiology

RADPAIR Launches PAIRsdk for Radiology

On November 11, 2025, RADPAIR, a pioneer in AI-driven radiology reporting, revealed its latest innovation: the PAIRsdk. This new developer framework aims to facilitate the integration of Agentic AI across the radiology field, boosting both efficiency and effectiveness in radiology workflows. The company emphasizes the collaborative nature of this initiative, intending to release the SDK as an open-source resource to promote interoperability between various systems in use today.

A Vision for Future Radiology Workflows

Dr. Avez Rizvi, CEO and Founder of RADPAIR, stated, "Agentic AI is no longer just a vision; it's the reality we are delivering today with RADPAIR. Our goal is to transform how radiologists engage with technology. Through the development of intelligent and collaborative workflows that pose no barriers to usage, we aspire to restore purpose and joy to the crucial task of reporting."

With PAIRsdk, developers and vendors alike can create solutions that not only understand their environment but also work seamlessly within existing radiology platforms. By allowing imaging systems, reporting tools, and AI to interact fluidly, the PAIRsdk is set to redefine radiology practices.

Building a Collaborative Ecosystem

To lead the charge in this endeavor, RADPAIR has formed a coalition of like-minded organizations, including well-regarded names such as Fovia AI, Interlinx Systems, and Radiopaedia.org, among others. This coalition is committed to establishing standards and promoting collaborative efforts in advancing radiology.

Dr. Frank Gaillard, founder of Radiopaedia.org, remarked, "Now, more than ever, standardization in interaction between radiology platforms and AI services is critical to maximizing the potential of these new technologies."

Emphasizing the necessity of streamlined integration, Graeme McKay, CTO at Interlinx Systems, highlighted that the SDK aims to reduce barriers that have hindered AI advancement. By ensuring seamless DICOM, HL7, and FHIR connectivity, AI vendors could deploy their tools in days rather than months, allowing radiologists to focus more on patient care.

Enhancing Efficiency and Reducing Burnout

Fovia AI's CTO, Kevin Kreeger, expressed enthusiasm about the SDK's potential benefits: "We are eager to contribute. Our focus has always been on optimizing the efficiency of radiologists at work. The introduction of Agentic AI via this SDK is likely to produce performance improvements that far exceed traditional metrics of success."

With the possibility of voice-activated controls in radiology environments, this system could revolutionize workflows, potentially decreasing cognitive strain for radiologists and allowing them to engage more naturally with technology.

Future Developments and Launch Plans

As the initiative progresses, RADPAIR plans to unveil its own Agentic AI reporting platform, PAIR 3.0, during the upcoming RSNA 2025 conference at the end of November. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience PAIR 3.0 and learn more about the PAIRsdk and coalition partners at RADPAIR's Booth #4932 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

RADPAIR is dedicated to enhancing radiology through advanced AI and unified system integration, aiming to transform how healthcare professionals conduct reports and serve their patients. By fostering collaboration within the industry, the PATH towards seamless AI implementation appears promising.
