AIGIS Unveils New Designs for Personalized Émaillé Rings
AIGIS, a renowned brand specializing in handmade wedding rings and couple rings, proudly announces the launch of two new designs for their unique émaillé rings:
HOSHI and
KANMURI. Starting August 3, 2026, these exquisite pieces will be available at their Omotesando store, inviting customers to take part in the joyful process of creating personalized jewelry.
The Émaillé Ring Experience
The concept behind the Émaillé ring is simple yet profound - customers have the opportunity to choose their favorite colors from a selection of 15 vibrant glazes, which are then applied to the ring before being fired at high temperatures. This means that, even if two customers choose the same design, the final result will be uniquely theirs, thanks to the combination of colors and the natural variations that occur during the firing process.
Introducing HOSHI and KANMURI
The new designs represent an expansion of AIGIS's vision:
- - HOSHI (Star): This design features a star motif, enhancing the intrinsic translucent quality of the émaillé technique. The color choices available evoke a range of impressions, from the fresh hues of a clear daytime sky to the mysterious and fantastical tones reminiscent of a starry night. The price for the HOSHI ring starts at ¥24,000 (tax included).
- - KANMURI (Crown): Inspired by delicate flowers, this design incorporates a three-dimensional aspect and centers around a customizable gemstone. Customers can choose between yellow or blue sapphires, combined with their selected glaze color, resulting in a one-of-a-kind creation. Priced at ¥19,000 (tax included), KANMURI reflects individuality and creativity.
A Unique Experience in Jewelry Creation
In recent years, a growing trend among younger consumers has been to seek out experiences and to own unique, personalized items. AIGIS taps into this trend by allowing customers not just to purchase a finished product but to actively participate in the creation of their jewelry. This innovative approach encourages creativity and self-expression while embracing the ancient art of émaillé.
In both designs, the possibility of mixing single and multiple colors gives customers vast creative freedom, allowing them to craft rings that resonate with their personal aesthetic. The blending of colors can evoke feelings that shift from serene to vibrant, creating rings that tell a story unique to the wearer.
