Abura Soba: A Signature Dish
Abura Soba is known for its chewier, medium-thick noodles paired with a special sauce rich in flavor. It's a healthier alternative to ramen without sacrificing heartiness, making it a perfect meal choice for various dining appropriate moments. Pricing starts at 810 yen (including tax 890 yen).
Moreover, customers can try the new Korean seaweed and soft-boiled egg topping, creating a flavorful combination that enhances the overall taste without overwhelming the palate.
Toppings and Condiments
The Abura Soba Main Store distinguishes itself through an extensive selection of toppings and condiments that allow customers to personalize their meals according to their preferences. As part of the renovations, new topping choices such as spicy sauce, soft-boiled egg, fried onions, Korean seaweed, and various others will be introduced. Additionally, four new condiment options—Cajun, curry powder, fish powder, and Aosa seaweed—will enhance the menu further.
