Taste the Transition of Seasons with Limited Spring Menu at Share Cafe

Share Cafe Launches Limited Spring Menu

As the winter chill starts to fade, Share Cafe is ushering in the vibrant colors and flavors of spring with a special seasonal menu starting February 25, 2026. Managed by Anique Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, this unique cafe blends pop culture with culinary delights, offering a sensory experience that celebrates the beauty of nature's transition.

Seasonal Delights

The limited spring menu features items designed to engage all five senses, commemorating the fragrance of blooming plum blossoms transitioning into the soothing essence of lavender. Here’s a sneak peek of the delightful offerings:

1. Plum Oat Latte (¥990)

Combining the gentle sweetness of oat milk with a tangy plum syrup, this drink serves as a visual delight with its soft pink hues. The refreshing aroma of plum makes it an ideal choice to signify the arrival of spring.

2. Plum Matcha Oat Latte (¥990)

This innovative latte pairs the deep bitterness of matcha with the unique tartness of plum, creating an unexpected yet pleasurable flavor profile. Creamy oat milk enhances the experience, inviting you to savor a rich and layered taste inspired by traditional Japanese elements.

3. Orange Lavender Sparkling Soda (¥990)

A refreshing mix of calming lavender syrup and zesty orange puree creates a vibrant soda. The effervescence of carbonation complements the rich aroma of lavender and the juicy burst of orange, making this beverage perfect for a refreshing break.

4. Orange Lavender Matcha Sparkling Soda (¥990)

This sparkling soda takes it up a notch by adding matcha to the base of lavender and orange, resulting in a complex yet sophisticated blend. The vibrant citrus flavor mingles with matcha’s umami, while lavender leaves a lingering aroma, appealing to an adult palate.

5. Sh-pring Sandwich (Asparagus, Shrimp & Spring) (¥990)

This mouthwatering sandwich features a base of delectable potato salad topped with succulent shrimp and fresh asparagus. A hidden hint of pickled cherry blossoms elevates the seasonal representation, while the garlic butter sauce adds an appetizing twist, making it the perfect accompaniment for your spring meal.
