The new TR Uptime+ plan combines the reliability of the original TR plan with added features such as predictive maintenance based on estimated component lifespans and availability guarantees. Traditional TR relied on a time-based maintenance (TBM) model, where inspections and replacements occurred at predetermined intervals. This method risked unnecessary replacements, even when parts still had life left.

In contrast, TR Uptime+ adopts a prescriptive maintenance approach, utilizing monitored operational data via SMARTLINK and analysis from the global diagnostic center to determine the most effective maintenance timing. This innovation not only prunes costs and waste but also reduces carbon emissions while minimizing the risk of unexpected downtimes.

Eligibility for TR Uptime+ Contracts



  • - Eligible Machines: Must be delivered within the last 15 years.
  • - Contract Duration: Can be extended up to 20 years.
