The new Self-Cleaning Docking Station introduces an advanced cleaning solution, expanding Pudu's range of cleaning technologies, which already includes a regular Docking Station facilitating automated refilling, drainage, and charging, alongside the Mobile Water Station designed for flexible deployment in locations lacking direct plumbing access. Together, these systems provide comprehensive tools for facilities seeking consistent, unattended cleaning.
Key Features of the Self-Cleaning Docking Station
1. Squeegee Deep Cleaning Technology: The docking station features a built-in 100W ultrasonic module aided by a 65℃ / 149°F hot water system to thoroughly clean the CC1's squeegee. This ensures the removal of dirt and residue, preventing streaks and secondary contamination.
2. Automated Roller Brush Cleaning: After each cleaning task, the PUDU CC1 docks for automatic roller brush cleaning, effectively eliminating over 95% of debris. This prevents tangles and extends the brush's lifespan significantly.
3. Smart Stain Detection and Response: With the onboard stain detection capabilities of the CC1 Pro, the system creates a seamless workflow that detects stains, docks, executes self-cleaning, and resumes operation, minimizing contamination spread and enhancing cleaning standards.
4. 35x Maintenance Efficiency Improvement: The Self-Cleaning Docking Station automates the daily cleaning of the squeegee and roller brush, achieving maintenance tasks that previously took minutes down to just a simple water tank rinse once a week.
5. Three Configurations in One System: The modular design of the station allows users to swap between three configurations—Standard Docking Station, Self-Cleaning Docking Station, or Pro version. This flexibility guarantees compatibility across various operational scales, from small stores to expansive facilities.
