Kubota North America Announces Major Executive Leadership Changes

Kubota North America Corporation (KNA) has made substantial executive leadership changes in a bid to enhance its global business strategy and strengthen its position in the North American market. Announced on October 30, 2025, these changes follow the recent Kubota Corporation (KBT) Board of Directors meeting held in Osaka, Japan.

New Appointments

Effective January 1, 2026, Todd Stucke is set to assume dual roles as President of Kubota North America and General Manager of Agri Solutions Headquarters at Kubota Japan. Stucke's transition is significant as he succeeds Mr. Nobuyuki Ishii, who has opted for retirement.

In his new capacity, Stucke will spearhead the company's North American technology initiatives while fostering growth across both global and regional dimensions. He underscored his excitement and honor at leading a talented team across the U.S. and Canada, expressing optimism about Kubota's future in this key market.

"I am incredibly honored to continue in a global role alongside my Japanese colleagues to drive the globalization of our business and to further our mission to deliver innovative solutions to our customers," Stucke commented.

Also making waves in leadership is Brian Arnold, who has been appointed General Manager of the North America Manufacturing Unit. Arnold will also retain his position as President of Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation, based in Georgia. With three decades of experience at Kubota, he is well-equipped to elevate manufacturing operations and meet integration challenges.

Arnold expressed pride in his new role, citing the dedication of Kubota's manufacturing teams: "I look forward to continuing to build on our legacy of excellence and deliver even greater value to our customers."

Strategic Vision

Yuichi Kitao, President and CEO of Kubota Corporation, articulated the rationale behind these leadership changes, indicating a commitment to advancing global business strategies and reinforcing the aim of becoming a Global Major Brand. He highlighted Stucke's international experience and local expertise as invaluable assets in realizing this vision.

Stucke’s Impressive Background

Before stepping into the new roles, Stucke's tenure at Kubota was marked by significant contributions, including his previous position as Chairman of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) in 2024. His leadership is critical, especially in the context of North America's growing agricultural sector, and he remains dedicated to injecting innovation into customer solutions.

As Stucke and Arnold prepare to take on their new roles, they join the ranks of an evolving management structure at Kubota, which includes Shingo Hanada succeeding Mr. Yuichi Kitao as President and CEO in Japan.
