The launch was completed ten hours ahead of schedule, ensuring an impressive continuity in business operations with very minimal disruptions.

This intricate project was rolled out in two distinct phases. The first phase primarily involved aligning configurations across the entire organization, ensuring that there was a cohesive structure in place. Following that, a rollback phase was initiated in order to synchronize the various company codes into a unified fiscal year. This meticulous strategy allowed for a smoother transition.

The teams adhered to a disciplined delivery model that comprised several mock conversions, followed by rehearsals, and culminating in the final cutover. Impressively, the project achieved 100% historical data conversion without halting any ongoing business activities. The successful completion of the production cutover significantly reduced operational risks for Florida Crystals and expedited the value realization from the SAP system.
