Moreover, its high-reflective white finish ensures a solar reflectivity of over 90%, and when combined with insulation materials, can reduce roof surface temperatures by nearly 30°C.

Additionally, the product allows for upgrades to existing waterproof layers without needing complete removal, contributing to waste reduction and minimizing environmental impact during installation. For metal roof renovations, this membrane can reduce the added load on existing structures by approximately one-third compared to traditional metal cover methods, thus enhancing the longevity of buildings.
