MainStreet Bancshares, Inc. has made a significant decision in its leadership lineup by promoting Alex Vari to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MainStreet Bank. In a statement, Tom Chmelik, the current CFO of MainStreet Bancshares, commended Alex's comprehensive knowledge and meticulous approach to accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
