Inspired by traditional Spanish architecture, the name "LOS ARCOS" translates to "the arches,” symbolizing a bridge that connects individuals and blends harmoniously with society. In celebration of the completion of LOS ARCOS Sendagi, Meihou Enterprise hosted a media preview on March 19, which featured insights from Keiichi Sugimoto, Executive Officer at Meihou, and Akira Kamakura, Director of Creative & Design at INTERPLAY, who played a crucial role in the design process.

The project incorporates a harmonious blend of aesthetic traditions with contemporary design elements, highlighting shared spaces and showcasing furnished units to help potential buyers visualize life within the building. Kamakura shared his thoughts on the design, stating, "The structure draws inspiration from Gaudí’s architectural forms, employing arches to evoke a sense of beauty while maintaining a modern sensibility. The use of halved arches throughout softens the overall feel, creating a warm and inviting façade."

• - Cornice Details: To demarcate the floors, contrasting tones such as white and cream were used, clearly defining transitions.
• - Ground Level Wall: A warm palette of bronze, beige, and cream offers both sophistication and approachability, reflecting the style of traditional Spanish architecture.

Following the success of LOS ARCOS Sendagi, Meihou Enterprise is developing two additional properties, LOS ARCOS Shinanomachi and LOS ARCOS Sangenjaya, located strategically near key railway stations to ensure accessibility and convenience.
