Unveiling the LOGIFRONT 01-LabFactory in Kawasaki



On July 1st, Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. officially began construction of the LOGIFRONT 01-LabFactory in the Takatsu area of Kawasaki. This state-of-the-art facility combines logistic needs with advanced R&D capabilities and manufacturing. It is designed to accommodate the entire industrial process, from research and development to storage and distribution, all under one roof.

A Strategic Location


One of the distinguishing characteristics of this new complex is its optimal location. Situated close to major highways such as the Tomei Expressway and the Third Keihin Road, it will enhance logistics efficiency, reducing delivery times significantly. It is only about 1.9 kilometers from the Keihin Kawasaki interchange and about 4 kilometers from the Tomei Tokyo interchange, ensuring a smooth supply chain over a wide area.

Moreover, the site is strategically positioned near Setagaya, a densely populated ward in Tokyo, enhancing its relevance as a logistics hub.

An Integrated Industrial Infrastructure


The LOGIFRONT 01-LabFactory spans a total of 121,040 square meters, with a structure rising seven floors high. The lower four floors comprise the logistics facility, featuring approximately 23,000 tsubo (around 76,000 square meters) equipped with ample truck access, allowing organizers to create flexible layouts to better accommodate various tenant operations. The facility is designed with modern nuances, integrating spacious loading docks that comfortably allow for large-scale logistics operations.

On the upper floors, the 01-LabFactory dedicated to R&D and manufacturing covers over 7,000 tsubo (around 23,000 square meters). It caters especially to the needs of research activities, with wet lab facilities and an elevator that can accommodate heavy equipment for manufacturing processes. Thus, it presents a unique proposition to companies seeking to innovate and streamline their product development cycles.
