On July 1st, Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. officially began construction of the LOGIFRONT 01-LabFactory in the Takatsu area of Kawasaki. This state-of-the-art facility combines logistic needs with advanced R&D capabilities and manufacturing. It is designed to accommodate the entire industrial process, from research and development to storage and distribution, all under one roof.

One of the distinguishing characteristics of this new complex is its optimal location. Situated close to major highways such as the Tomei Expressway and the Third Keihin Road, it will enhance logistics efficiency, reducing delivery times significantly. On the upper floors, the 01-LabFactory dedicated to R&D and manufacturing covers over 7,000 tsubo (around 23,000 square meters). It caters especially to the needs of research activities, with wet lab facilities and an elevator that can accommodate heavy equipment for manufacturing processes.
