On December 1, 2025, the beloved Nadai Hakone Soba will debut its winter menu featuring the delicacy fugu, a first for the brand. Enjoy the exquisite taste of fugu alongside the long-time favorite shungiku tempura, as well as two additional dishes tailored for the season.

The winter menu will be available until late February 2026, showcasing three exquisite options:

Fugu Tempura and Shungiku Tempura Soba

Price: 680 yen
A fusion of fugu tempura, known for its delicate white flesh and rich flavor, paired with shungiku tempura that has been a staple for over ten years. Indulge in this seasonal highlight by choosing your preference between soba or udon, served hot or cold.

Duck Soba with Kujo Negi

Price: 680 yen
Savor the robust flavor of duck infused into a warm broth, complemented by the sweetness and fragrance of Kujo Negi (green onions). This dish promises to warm both your heart and body. Available as either soba or udon, and served hot or cold.

Kakiage Tamago Toji Don Set

Price: 780 yen
This hearty set includes Nadai Hakone Soba's signature kakiage tempura served over a comforting bowl of tamago toji (egg tofu). Enjoy the perfect harmony of the succulent tempura soaked in a sweet sauce and smooth egg, offering a fulfilling meal experience.

Note: While the Fugu Tempura and Shungiku Tempura dish will be available at all Nadai Hakone Soba locations, the Duck Soba and Kakiage Tamago Toji Don set may not be available at certain outlets.
