The Monarch Compute Campus spans an impressive 2,250 acres and is expected to feature a microgrid with a power capacity scalable to over 8 gigawatts, making it one of the world's largest AI factories. The project intends to go live with an initial capacity of 2 gigawatts in the first half of 2028, scaling to approximately 8 gigawatts by 2031.
