Pickleball combines elements of tennis, table tennis, and badminton, making it an engaging racket sport for all generations. Played on a smaller court with a lightweight, plastic perforated ball and a paddle, it offers accessible enjoyment with an emphasis on social interaction. It’s a perfect sport for families or friends to connect while staying active.

A Unique Urban Experience

The ASICS PICKLEBALL CONNECT court invites participants directly in the heart of Nihonbashi, fostering both physical activity and community engagement. What makes this experience standout is that it’s completely free and does not require prior reservations! Just show up and join in on the fun when you feel like it. All necessary equipment, including paddles and balls, will be available on site, making it incredibly convenient for busy urban dwellers. Furthermore, ASICS will provide free rentals and fittings for their footwear, available in sizes ranging from 22.5cm to 30.0cm.

Support for Beginners

Whether you are a complete novice or have some experience, the court staff is ready to assist you. They will provide guidance on basic rules, techniques, and tips to ensure everyone has a great time on the court. The structure allows for up to 10 participants per group with a rotation system designed to give everyone a fair chance to play, with each playing session lasting approximately 10 minutes (shortened to 5 minutes during busy periods).

To truly enjoy pickleball, having the right footwear that accommodates sudden stops and starts is crucial.
