In collaboration with renowned artist Koji Toyoda, who is celebrated for his colorful and peaceful artworks, Jazzstractions embodies the theme of enjoying life's little moments. Each bottle features vibrant art that serves not just as an aesthetic element but also as part of an interactive experience—when three bottles are lined up together, they create a complete art piece, inviting connoisseurs to engage with the product both visually and sensorially.

The creation of Jazzstractions employs premium sake rice sourced exclusively from Hokkaido and pure mountain water revered as one of Japan's finest. By utilizing wine yeast in fermentation, this sake achieves a remarkable balance of elegance, lightness, and a sophisticated taste, making it perfect to be enjoyed cold, preferably in a wine glass.

Enjoy Japanese Sake is a newly launched brand by Kamikawa Taisetsu with a visionary commitment to take locally brewed sake to the world. Spearheaded by Koji Toyoda, a pioneer in surf art, this brand aims to capture the joyful essence of life with every sip of sake. Meet Koji Toyoda

Born on May 22, 1962, in Osaka, Koji Toyoda has always had a passion for art, surfing, fashion, and music. He designed the logo for Enjoy SURF on his 30th birthday and held his first exhibition in California in 1997. Most recently, in 2023, Toyoda showcased his artwork in a significant exhibition titled "Kokoro" at Koyasan. In 2024, he plans to revive abstract painting under the title "Jazzstractions," continuing to express his unique worldview through colorful art and collaborations with various international brands. About Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery

Established in 2016, Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery relocated a sake production facility from Mie Prefecture to the heart of Hokkaido. The brewery commenced operations in 2017, introducing the "Midorioka Brewery." Over the years, it has expanded with several other breweries, including the "Aoi Cloud Brewery" in 2020 and the "Goryō no Kura" in Hakodate in 2021. A new brewing site is scheduled to open in 2026 in Abashiri, offering stunning views of the Sea of Okhotsk.
