In a significant move, Siteimprove®, the esteemed leader in agentic content intelligence, has appointed Ritesh Daryani as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately. This announcement comes as the company aims to enhance its employee experience, workforce expansion, and global operations. Daryani, who will operate from the Bellevue, Washington office, reports directly to the CEO, Nayaki Nayyar.
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the technology sector, Daryani is a seasoned HR executive acclaimed for his ability to create high-performance, growth-oriented environments that yield tangible business success. Most recently, he held the position of Chief People Officer at Edifecs, where over a decade, he played a pivotal role in fostering a mission-driven and employee-centric culture. His leadership was vital during a significant growth phase for Edifecs, which saw its workforce expand from 450 to 1,300 employees and revenue grow from $70 million to an impressive $300 million. Notably, this growth led to the successful acquisition of Edifecs by Cotiviti.

Daryani’s extensive career includes significant HR roles at prominent companies including Expedia, Infosys, IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation, HCL Technologies, and General Electric (GE), where he supported substantial global expansion initiatives.
Academically, Daryani holds a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations and has completed doctoral coursework (ABD) in organizational psychology from the University of Lucknow and Seattle Pacific University.
