Why Attending is Crucial
Prostate cancer will affect
1 in 8 men in their lifetime, emphasizing the necessity for awareness and early detection. Each year in Wisconsin, approximately
4,300 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer, resulting in nearly
600 deaths. Alarmingly, African American men are
2.1 times more likely to succumb to this disease compared to their white counterparts. Early detection presents nearly a
100% 5-year survival rate when identified promptly.
