Before joining Northwest Bank, she served as Deputy General Counsel at The Huntington National Bank for over seven years. During her tenure, she led teams through significant legal responsibilities while also contributing to the bank's mergers and acquisitions strategy, advising on key transactions that shaped the institution’s direction.

Before her role at Huntington, Siegfried was a partner at a premier law firm, Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP in Columbus, Ohio. She played a pivotal role in leading corporate and securities practice groups and was instrumental in talent development and recruitment within the firm.
