Delta Electronics Launches Innovative DIN Rail Power Supplies
On May 20, 2026, Delta Electronics Inc. unveiled two new series of DIN rail industrial power supplies – the premium model 'DIN Pro' and the standard model 'DIN Eco'. These cutting-edge products are designed with a slim profile, measuring only 30mm in width, optimizing space within control panels. They are capable of low-temperature startup at -40°C and adhere to the semiconductor manufacturing equipment voltage standard 'SEMI F47', ensuring high stability even in rigorous industrial environments. These power supplies are aimed primarily at precision production lines, providing consistent power supply to keep operations running smoothly.
The 'DIN Pro' series boasts single-phase power supplies that can handle a peak output of 150% for 5 seconds (Power Boost), which facilitates the management of inrush currents during motor startups, thus preventing system disruptions. Additionally, they support 400VDC input and serve applications such as cooling distribution units (CDU) for AI cooling purposes and power solutions for renewable energy and storage sectors.
Conversely, the 'DIN Eco' series offers highly efficient three-phase DIN rail power supplies, achieving maximum efficiency of up to 95%, which significantly reduces energy losses in industrial equipment.
Chien Wei-Ting, General Manager of the Standard Power Division at Delta Group, remarked, "We are continuously enhancing our standard power business and have developed a well-defined product portfolio to meet diverse industrial demands. The two new DIN rail power supplies embody both power stability and space efficiency, catering to market needs. We are committed to leading the standard power technology sector through high power density, miniaturization, and digital control technology, positioning ourselves as a leading company in the global market."
The 'DIN Pro' series offers a wide output range from 120W to 960W, designed specifically for high-powered automation equipment. Its remarkable heat resistance allows it to operate in environments up to 80°C, with full load output maintained even at 60°C. This versatility makes them suitable for data centers, collaborative robots, and EV charging stations, among other applications. Meanwhile, the 'DIN Eco' series, known for its exceptional performance-to-cost ratio, supports three-phase inputs from 340 to 575Vac, perfect for smart factory and renewable energy applications. Notably, the '3ENA' model extends the input voltage limit to 600Vac, ensuring reliable operation in heavy industry regions and unstable power grid environments.
Delta is committed to researching and developing core technologies in power electronics to support the growth of smart factories and emerging industries. The company pledges to provide comprehensive power solutions tailored to the evolving demands of industrial environments and infrastructure, contributing constructively to the crucial social foundations of the digital transformation (DX) era.
