(CKL) based in Singapore, recognized as the largest cold chain logistics provider in the country. CKL manages one of Asia's largest warehouses, strategically located at 8 Jalan Besut, which is designed to meet the growing demand for cold chain logistics due to the region's economic development and increasing population. The warehouse, notable for its impressive over 100-meter height, can accommodate approximately 90,000 pallets within its expansive floor area of 47,495 square meters. This facility operates across multiple temperature zones—ambient, refrigerated, and frozen—ensuring flexibility for different types of cargo. A remarkable feature is its fully automated warehouse area, which stands at 45 meters tall and operates 24/7, significantly increasing operational efficiency.

With two temperature-controlled warehouse facilities situated in the western Jurong area, CKL is dedicated to offering logistical services, including storage and distribution, to Singapore’s food service and retail sectors. The company employs advanced IT systems that facilitate high-density storage and efficient logistics operations.

The strategic partnership, formalized on December 9 during a signing ceremony at the Kokusai Group headquarters, positions MOL to tap into the stable revenue potential of logistics operations during periods of maritime downturns.
