MICROIP Showcases Cutting-Edge AI Solutions at Embedded World 2025

At the Embedded World 2025 event held in Germany, MICROIP made significant strides by unveiling its innovative services—CAPS (Cross-Platform AI Powered Solutions) and CATS (Custom ASIC Technology and Solutions). These offerings have garnered notable attention from companies across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, allowing MICROIP to secure over 100 potential business partnerships this year alone—marking a remarkable threefold increase from the previous year.

Highlighting Groundbreaking Technology

Dr. James Yang, the chairman of MICROIP, emphasized the capabilities of their CAPS technology, which enables seamless AI deployment in various sectors. This includes artificial intelligence for the Internet of Things (AIoT), industrial automation, healthcare, automotive systems, smart cities, and consumer electronics. The innovative CATS service focuses on delivering tailored ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) designs to meet the evolving demands in these fast-paced markets.

During the exhibition, attendees witnessed firsthand the versatility of the CAPS platform. Multiple demonstrations showcased the interoperability of Mediatek, Kneron, Xilinx, and Rockchip hardware solutions, enabling developers to adapt and integrate AI models effortlessly across diverse hardware architecture. This approach minimizes development and deployment time significantly, as demonstrated by the integration of the Mediatek Genio 700 platform that allowed for the simultaneous operation of ten distinct AI applications.

Addressing Market Demands with CATS

The demand for customized solutions has never been higher, particularly in areas such as AIoT and automotive electronics. The CATS service offers a unique advantage by combining ASIC architecture consulting, tailored design, AI accelerator development, and System on Chip (SoC) integration into a cohesive service package. With extensive expertise in 28nm and 40nm chip design processes, MICROIP ensures clients receive efficient, low-power, and stable ASIC solutions that significantly reduce their development costs and accelerate their time-to-market.

Moreover, the showcase included the iPROfiler tool from Arculus System, which aids Integrated Circuit (IC) design teams in optimizing AI SoC architectures. This tool enhances the design, verification, and validation processes, thereby making significant cuts in project timelines.

Strengthening Global Collaborations

MICROIP's presence at Embedded World 2025 enhanced its visibility on an international scale. The visit from Ambassador Shieh Jhy-Wey, Taiwan's representative in Germany, highlighted the institutional support and recognition of Taiwan's advancements in semiconductor technology and AI solutions. This endorsement reflects the growing global interest in MICROIP's innovative capabilities.
