The Los Angeles – San Diego – San Luis Obispo (LOSSAN) Rail Corridor Agency has formally announced its leadership for 2025, with Fullerton Mayor Fred Jung stepping into the role of chair and Paso Robles Councilmember Fred Strong taking on the vice chair position. This decision, made unanimously by the Board of Directors, highlights a strategic approach towards enhancing rail services across Southern California.

Fred Jung expressed his commitment to the role, stating, "I'm honored to take on the chair position for the LOSSAN Agency. Strong represents the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments on the LOSSAN Board and has been pivotal in promoting regional transportation initiatives.
