Forbes Travel Guide Unveils the Prestigious Hotel Star Bars 2025 List Featuring Global Hotspot

Forbes Travel Guide's Hotel Star Bars 2025

Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) has officially announced its highly anticipated list of Hotel Star Bars for 2025. This esteemed recognition highlights 58 of the most extraordinary hotel bars from around the globe, reflecting the highest standards of service, ambiance, and quality of beverages.

FTG evaluated each bar through meticulous on-site inspections, ensuring that only the best of the best made it onto this year’s prestigious list. The selection process involved anonymous visits from FTG inspectors who assessed over 1,500 hotels worldwide for service excellence, environment, and beverage quality.

The 2025 Hotel Star Bars list spans across 19 countries, commemorating the organization's deep-rooted legacy in providing reliable hotel evaluations since its inception as Mobil Travel Guide in 1958. Hermann Elger, the CEO of Forbess Travel Guide, expressed, “This list represents the pinnacle of excellence in hotel bars. Our in-depth inspections provide unparalleled insights, and the 2025 Star Bars exemplify luxury, creativity, and impeccable hospitality.”

Among the notable bars on this year's list, historical icons and rising stars coexist harmoniously. London emerged as the city with the most bars recognized, featuring seven stellar selections, followed closely by Paris with five and Dubai with four. Independent hotels took the lead with nine bars awarded, while the Four Seasons brand followed closely with eight. Noteworthy mentions include bars from The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, and Rosewood Hotels, each with five bars recognized in the list.

Several bars stand out among the winners, showcasing unique themes and cocktail craftsmanship:

Bastien Gardrat, Forbes Travel Guide's Global Spirits Ambassador, remarked, “These awards spotlight sophisticated atmospheres, elevated service, carefully curated wine lists, and skillfully crafted cocktails that are creatively presented. Together, these elements create an unforgettable hotel bar experience.”

In addition to the accolades awarded, the winners' special cocktails and spirits will be showcased at the Spirits Lab at Le Logis, FTG’s center of excellence located in Cognac, France, providing visitors a taste of the best in luxury bar culture.
