Recently, a visit from OneSeven leaders Ron Gross, Chairman and Class of 1983 alumnus, and Adam Blumenthal, Chief Growth Officer and Class of 1998 alum, marked the beginning of this special alliance. Their engagement involved participating in Miami's inaugural Wealth Management Career Development Cohort Celebration and direct interactions with students in the Wealth Management program.

He also acted as a judge in a student stock pitch competition, impressed by the participants' analytical thinking and preparation levels.

The selected cohort comprised 16 students chosen from nearly 70 applicants, highlighting Miami's commitment to being a premier talent source in the wealth management field. According to Jenny Darroch, Dean of the Farmer School of Business, such partnerships are vital for translating potential into tangible outcomes.
