As artificial intelligence plays an increasingly central role in software and hardware design, evidenced by the upgraded mySigen App, Sigenergy is introducing a versatile range of products that cater to residential, commercial, and industrial scenarios. This expansion not only facilitates enhanced intelligence, automation, and user-centric management but also represents a significant stride towards accelerating the global growth of Sigenergy and a commitment to a smarter, more sustainable energy future.
Strategic Commitment to AI in Shaping Intelligent Energy Futures
For Sigenergy, AI is more than just a feature; it serves as a vital strategic pillar. By integrating intelligence across all dimensions of energy solutions, Sigenergy is transcending traditional hardware paradigms and leading the digital transformation within the energy sector.
Highlighting this commitment is the launch of the mySigen App 3.0, a significant upgrade of Sigenergy's smart energy management platform. The primary improvement in the app lies in enhanced visualization and AI-powered smart services. The new energy flow diagram provides users with a clear and dynamic view of solar energy interactions, storage, EV charging, and household energy consumption. Moreover, with AI functionalities, the app now enables predictive analysis and energy planning based on various scenarios. From intuitive fault diagnostics to prediction of energy consumption trends and adaptation to real-world usage patterns, the app delivers a more intelligent and personalized energy management experience.
A Broad Product Portfolio Tailored for Diverse Energy Scenarios
Sigenergy's hardware portfolio is consistently evolving to meet the diverse needs of the market. The second-generation hybrid inverter designed for residential buildings delivers compact and efficient solutions featuring a fanless design with a thickness of just 99 mm. It boasts an impressive efficiency rate of up to 99% in three-phase models and offers peak output power of up to 200% in off-grid mode. This ultra-quiet inverter (operating under 25 dB) combines enhanced reliability with battery readiness, allowing for future energy storage upgrades without needing to replace existing hardware. With an IP66 enclosure, it reliably operates in extreme temperatures ranging from -30 °C to 60 °C, ensuring long-term flexibility and reduced total cost of ownership.
To expand utilization options in various regions and markets, particularly in the booming segment of balcony photovoltaic systems, Sigenergy is introducing its microinverter. The SigenMicro integrates a patented DAB topology and is the first built-in energy management system (EMS) in the industry, featuring an IP67 enclosure. Its WiFi Mesh architecture enhances communication coverage by 1600%, enabling self-repair within 150 ms in case of disconnection. These innovations allow for rapid installation, high efficiency, and improved safety, with full system operation achieved in as little as five minutes.
Additionally, Sigenergy has bolstered its Energy Gateway portfolio with new models, creating a comprehensive range of backup power solutions for both residential and commercial/industrial applications. With scalable capacity up to 2400 kW, seamless switching between grid and offline mode in 0 ms, and optional diesel generator integration, these gateways provide reliable and uninterrupted power supply across a wide spectrum of scenarios.
Scaling Globally for Commercial and Industrial Applications
Sigenergy's scalable solutions accelerate global adoption in residential as well as commercial and industrial markets. The CI inverter (50 – 125 kW) and SigenStack, a high-density modular energy storage system using direct current, offer ease of deployment and scalability, helping businesses optimize energy consumption, increase efficiency by 2% RTE, lower costs, and bolster grid resilience.
Sigenergy's flagship product, SigenStor, is the world’s first 5-in-1 energy system, seamlessly integrating photovoltaic inverters, batteries, EV chargers, EMS, and PCS into a compact all-in-one unit. The recent battery configuration upgrade for SigenStor features new 314 Ah cells with 10,000 cycles, providing higher energy density, improved efficiency, and smooth integration of new and existing cells for easy expansions. Two new battery modules—BAT 6.0 and BAT 10.0—derived from this cell will be available on the market this month.
Furthermore, Sigenergy's Sigen EVAC system will support commercialization and can connect up to 100 EV chargers, offering greater flexibility and scalability for extensive public EV charging infrastructure.
The innovations unveiled by Sigenergy at the Intersolar Europe 2025 showcase the transformative potential of AI in the energy sector, underscoring the company's dedication to leading the charge towards a sustainable future through intelligent energy solutions.
