As the only supplier of high-temperature gas-cooled reactor core equipment in China, Shanghai Electric presented models of both the Hualong One and Guohe One reactors, emphasizing its robust capabilities in delivering cutting-edge nuclear power technologies. The company’s participation in the "Artificial Sun" nuclear fusion project since 2000 cements its position as a comprehensive supplier of vital components for nuclear fusion reactors. During the event, the company displayed essential reactor system components like the vacuum chamber, thermal shield, and Dewar vessel, representing China’s strides in controlled nuclear fusion technology.

In addition, Shanghai Electric introduced the Taonan integrated wind-biomass green methanol project, heralding China's first EU ISCC-certified large-scale initiative aiming to provide a scalable decarbonization pathway across sectors such as aviation and shipping.
