In a significant move to enhance urban mobility, Lime Corporation, a leader in electric mobility sharing, has officially launched its flagship port in the Omotesando area, in collaboration with Mitsui Fudosan Realty. This initiative marks a noteworthy milestone in promoting sustainable and seamless transportation options in urban settings.

Establishment of the Flagship Port


The flagship Lime port, named "Repark Jingu Mae 4-Chome No. 5," is strategically located in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo. This high-capacity port can accommodate 56 Lime electric mobility vehicles, specifically the "Lime Rakumo" electric seats. The introduction of this port aims to serve as a central hub for users seeking convenient access to electric mobility solutions in the heart of the city.

  • - Total Spaces: 56
  • - Supported Vehicle: Lime Rakumo (electric seat board)

Expanding Connectivity with Mitsui Repark


Lime is collaborating with Mitsui Fudosan Realty to establish additional Lime ports across various locations, including Mitsui’s time-based parking facilities, known as "Mitsui no Repark." This initiative aims to facilitate seamless transportation by integrating traditional vehicles with electric mobility options, making commuting more efficient for urban dwellers.

Adaptation for Global Events


In response to transport regulations during global events such as the World Athletics Championships, Lime has also established temporary ports. For example, some areas in Sendagaya have been converted into Lime ports to ensure that visitors and local residents have efficient transportation options.

Lime's commitment to community engagement is exemplified by its recent membership in the Harajuku Omotesando Keyaki Association. This organization is dedicated to promoting commercial and cultural activities in the Harajuku and Omotesando areas. Since June, Lime has taken part in local events and beautification initiatives, reinforcing its commitment to building strong relationships with local businesses and residents.

The "Lime Rakumo" seat board is currently the most popular vehicle in Lime's lineup in Japan, representing over 70% of domestic users.
