The survey collected responses from 382 crew members, consisting of both male and female employees from various Yayoi Ken locations nationwide. Crew members were asked to choose two of their recommended dishes from a list of ten previously offered set meals. The survey was held from May 1 to May 15, 2025.

3. Iron Plate Yakiniku Bibimbap Set Meal

The dish that gathered the most votes was the Young Chicken and Vegetable with Black Vinegar Sauce Set Meal, which was originally launched in 2015 and 2017. Following closely, the second place went to the Beef, Pork, and Chicken BBQ Set Meal, released in 2022, and the third was the Iron Plate Yakiniku Bibimbap Set Meal, introduced in 2020. Notably, the well-loved black vinegar chicken meal, which previously ranked sixth in a restoration preference list among store managers, surged to the top in this recent polling. Many responses shared nostalgic descriptions of the dish, with several crew members expressing interest in trying it for the first time.
