Vermon Group Unveils Strategic Growth Plan with New Initiatives and Acquisitions

Vermon Group Launches New Initiatives to Fuel Growth

Vermon Group, a prominent international enterprise specializing in ultrasound technology for medical and industrial applications, has unveiled several strategic milestones aimed at accelerating its growth. The announcement highlights the acquisition of Moduleus, the opening of TransducerWorks' new manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania, and the establishment of a coordinated platform under the Vermon Group banner to better serve its customers.

Acquisition of Moduleus

The recent acquisition of Moduleus marks a significant advancement in Vermon Group's strategy. Moduleus is renowned for its expertise in OEM ultrasound subsystems, which strengthens Vermon's capabilities and enriches its product offerings. By integrating Moduleus into its operations, Vermon Group can now provide a more comprehensive range of solutions from high-performance transducers to integrated OEM subsystems, allowing for streamlined development and faster innovation.

New Manufacturing Facility

In conjunction with the acquisition, Vermon Group has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania. Spanning an impressive 2,787 square meters, this state-of-the-art facility significantly boosts the company’s production capacity. Equipped with ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms and an integrated machining workshop, the new site is four times larger than the previous plants, thereby tripling production capabilities. This expansion positions Vermon Group to support its clients more effectively, from early development stages to high-volume manufacturing.

A Unified Platform for Enhanced Services

The formal introduction of the Vermon Group as a unified entity is intended to optimize customer interactions and improve service delivery. This consolidation brings together Vermon, Moduleus, TransducerWorks, and Vermon NDT under one umbrella, enabling clients to benefit from specialized expertise across acoustics, electronics, and industrial manufacturing. With this integrated approach, manufacturers can expedite development processes while enhancing their product offerings in cutting-edge ultrasound technologies.

Commitment to Innovation

With over 600 employees globally and an extensive team dedicated to research and development, Vermon Group remains committed to fostering innovation in ultrasound technology. The company boasts more than 40 years of experience and operational facilities in both Europe and the United States, thus solidifying its position as a trusted OEM partner for next-generation medical and industrial ultrasound technologies.

Founded in 1984 in France, Vermon Group has continuously evolved to meet the demands of its diverse clientele. By leveraging the strengths of its four subsidiaries—Vermon, TransducerWorks, Moduleus, and Vermon NDT—the Group aims to enhance innovation and development from conception through to mass production.
