Online Seminar on M&A and Business Succession to Debunk Myths and Share Opportunities

Free Online Seminar on Business Succession and M&A

On May 29, 2025, M&A Capital Partners officially partnered with Shizuoka Shimbun and Shizuoka Broadcasting to promote the understanding of business succession and M&A as viable options for local businesses. The goal is to change the negative perceptions surrounding M&A and present it as a solid alternative for middle-sized enterprises looking to hand over their operations. In recent years, there has been a growing trend of using mergers and acquisitions as a tool to foster business growth and development. This change is especially important in a region like Shizuoka, where many local businesses are facing unique succession challenges.
