Cars Commerce Welcomes Lisa Gosselin as Chief Commercial Officer
In a strategic move to enhance its commercial capabilities, Cars.com Inc. (operating as Cars Commerce) has appointed Lisa Gosselin as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This appointment, effective immediately, comes as the company seeks to accelerate its platform's growth and refine its market strategies.
A Proven Leader Joins the Team
With over 25 years of experience in commercial leadership, Lisa Gosselin is a notable addition to Cars Commerce’s executive team. She has previously held key roles in SaaS, adtech, and data across several verticals, including retail and automotive. Her vast experience positions her well to navigate the complexities of an evolving automotive landscape.

In her new capacity, Gosselin will be charged with overseeing the company's various sales channels. She will also focus on optimizing Cars Commerce's go-to-market strategy and deepening strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. These efforts are aimed at creating long-term value for dealers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and commercial partners connected to the platform.
Extensive Track Record
Prior to her role at Cars Commerce, Gosselin served as Chief Revenue Officer at Numerator, a Bain Capital-backed data and technology company. During her tenure, she transformed Numerator's commercial organization, leading the team to achieve four consecutive years of double-digit growth.
Gosselin's prior experience also includes significant positions at Conversant-Epsilon, where she was a senior leader in U.S. Business Development, and Catalina Marketing, a pioneer in data-driven marketing solutions. In her career, she has worked with renowned brands such as Anheuser-Busch and PepsiCo, contributing to her well-rounded expertise in consumer engagement and market dynamics.
