Dissolution of Capital Business Partnership Agreement
Chibariyo LLC, headquartered in Naha, Okinawa, and BlueR Inc., based in Nagoya, Aichi, have reached a mutual agreement to dissolve their capital business partnership agreement originally signed on March 5, 2026. After thorough discussions, both parties agreed that they will not reach a final agreement and will terminate the basic agreement as of June 22, 2026.
