Throughout my career, I have focused on how innovation fosters efficiency, safety, and sustainability, and I look forward to applying this philosophy in my new role."

Herweck's role will involve identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities in the software and technology sectors, along with actively contributing to value creation within Warburg Pincus’s existing portfolio. This hands-on approach speaks to the firm's commitment to not only investing but also nurturing the companies it supports for long-term success.
