Astronergy Launches the ASTRO N7s 3.0 at Intersolar Europe 2026 - A Leap in Solar Technology

Elevate For More: Astronergy's ASTRO N7s 3.0 Unveiled at Intersolar Europe 2026

Astronergy has officially presented its newest residential solar module, the ASTRO N7s 3.0, at the renowned Intersolar Europe 2026 event. This unveiling marks a significant milestone for Astronergy as it showcases their ongoing commitment to the advancement of high-efficiency photovoltaic (PV) technologies designed for home use.

The ASTRO N7s 3.0 is engineered with larger wafers combined with half-cut cells and high-density encapsulation technologies. This innovative design optimizes the utilization of cell space, significantly increases the active area, and enhances power generation efficiency. Utilizing the latest TOPCon 5.0 cell technology, the ASTRO N7s 3.0 incorporates various innovations, including ASP, PF, and SNOP, as well as optimized emitter passivation and hydrogen passivation. These improvements enhance passivation performance, light absorption, and bifacial energy production.

Compared to traditional 455-W-SMBB modules, the ASTRO N7s 3.0 can generate an additional 440 kWh of green energy annually. This output is equivalent to powering nine loads of laundry, 17 dishwasher cycles, or providing 73 hours of television viewing time for an average household. Furthermore, the module features a highly flexible connection technology, ensuring a seamless design with a larger active area. This results in improved energy capture and output while providing a more uniform voltage distribution and significantly reducing the risk of micro-cracks.

Astronergy has also optimized the cell connectors, enhancing the connection between copper ribbons and cells. This adjustment contributes to increased long-term reliability, as the encapsulation materials can fill overlapping areas completely, reinforcing the module's endurance. In addition to performance enhancements, the ASTRO N7s 3.0 has been designed to meet the increasing demand for aesthetically pleasing solar installations on residential rooftops. Featuring an all-black appearance, a 20BB design, aesthetically pleasing glass, a black light redirecting film (LRF-B), and no visible PAD points, it integrates smoothly into modern rooftop architecture.

The module also offers practical installation benefits. Its lightweight and compact design allows for easy transport and installation by a single person, making it ideal for rooftops with limited installation space. Designed to deliver reliable performance in various environments, the ASTRO N7s 3.0 features enhanced resistance to high humidity and heat, improved corrosion resistance, and verified salt mist protection. The module has successfully passed the 35-mm hail test and boasts a mechanical load capacity of up to +6000 Pa/-4000 Pa.

With a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance guarantee, the ASTRO N7s 3.0 limits power degradation to ≤1% in the first year and ≤0.4% thereafter, ensuring a long-term energy yield. This module is manufactured using a low-temperature process with zero VOC emissions and reduced energy consumption. This eco-friendly manufacturing approach reiterates Astronergy's dedication to a sustainable production model and a low-carbon future.

In conclusion, the ASTRO N7s 3.0 is not just a solar module; it represents a step forward in solar technology that aligns with current energy needs and aesthetic desires. With its superior efficiency, reliability, and design, this module is poised to transform residential solar energy systems for years to come.
