The building has been constructed to withstand 1.25 times the required strength of standard regulations, equipped with braced ceilings to prevent ceiling collapses during earthquakes. In case of power outages, tenants have access to emergency power supply for up to 63 hours.
A dedicated storage area for disaster preparedness is fully stocked for three days based on expected occupancy, ensuring safety and readiness during emergencies.
Furthermore, a multi-layered security system and an unmanned reception system utilize QR codes for visit verification, thus enhancing both security and convenience.
