Cambridge Distillery, based in Cambridge, England, was founded by William Low, who holds titles as both Master of Wine and Master Distiller. Utilizing innovative vacuum distillation techniques, their gin extracts aromatic qualities without compromising essence, making it a favorite in Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels across the globe.
This unique dining experience will immerse guests in the rich aromas produced by wood fire cooking harmonized with the state-of-the-art distillation methods of the Cambridge Distillery. Each dish will be paired with three signature cocktails crafted from Cambridge Distillery’s gin.
