The first phase of this renovation will commence on September 25, 2025, with the debut of new stores and a modernization of existing outlets on the second floor. Additionally, on October 7, 2025, the distinctive Sanseido Bookstore will relocate to a new space within the facility. The renovations extend beyond retail, also revitalizing communal areas such as the entrance, hallways, and rest spaces, using locally sourced timber from the Tama region, which imbues the venue with a sense of warmth.

Focus on Natural Materials

The redesign emphasizes sustainability, incorporating the concept of community coexistence through the use of timber sourced from local forests, which supports the environment and enhances customer experiences.
