Tom Gargiulo brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven ability to drive growth within some of the largest consumer brands globally. Before joining PIM Brands, Gargiulo held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Coca-Cola's Advanced Hydration unit. Under his leadership, products such as BODYARMOR and Smartwater thrived, showcasing his talent for strategic brand positioning and cross-marketing initiatives.
Prior to Coca-Cola, he played a vital role at KIND Snacks, where he not only drove transformational channel expansion but also contributed to the company's successful acquisition by Mars, Inc. Gargiulo's experience extends beyond marketing; he has significantly impacted supply chain operations and brand development during his tenure at Danone, where he oversaw the launch of successful products like Two Good and Oikos Triple Zero.
Driving Integrated Commercial Strategies
As CRO, Gargiulo will oversee the entire commercial strategy at PIM Brands, integrating brand demand creation, revenue growth management, and both domestic and international sales. His multifaceted approach is expected to align PIM Brands' comprehensive portfolio, which includes not only Welch's® products but also Sour Jacks®, Sun-Maid® Chocolate Raisins, and upcoming major licensing ventures in 2027.
