MANTRA Chain Introduces RWAccelerator for Real-World Asset Innovation with Google Cloud Support

Launch of RWAccelerator Designed for Revolutionary Startups

In a significant move to enhance innovation in the tokenized assets landscape, MANTRA Chain has officially launched RWAccelerator, a pioneering startup accelerator program aimed at empowering builders and startups focused on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs). This initiative is made possible with the robust support of Google Cloud, which will provide essential resources to participants.

Empowering Innovation and Growth

The RWAccelerator program is meticulously designed to foster projects within the realms of real estate, alternative financial products, and more. As the importance of tokenizing RWAs continues to soar, especially in the wake of projections from the World Economic Forum indicating that by 2027, a staggering 10% of the global GDP could be stored on blockchain networks, MANTRA Chain is positioning itself as a key player in this transformative trend.

Applicants can choose from three distinct tracks during their involvement: infrastructure, tokenization, and decentralized finance (DeFi). Each applicant will undergo a comprehensive selection process, ensuring that the most innovative and entrepreneurial minds are recognized and supported. Successful participants in the program will have access to Google for Startups Cloud, which includes vital resources such as cloud credits, technical support, and workshops led by experienced Google engineers.

Comprehensive Support by MANTRA Team

One of the defining features of the RWAccelerator is the availability of dedicated support from the MANTRA team. Participants can expect guidance on various aspects, including smart contracts, tokenomics, market making, listings, and regulatory compliance. This comprehensive support is crucial, especially for budding startups navigating the complex landscape of blockchain technology and associated regulations.

As John Patrick Mullin, the CEO of MANTRA, stated during the program's launch, "This is a powerful opportunity for startups to harness cutting-edge technology and gain access to resources and mentorship. With support from Google Cloud, this RWAccelerator will allow startups to reach new heights and significantly contribute to the wider Web3 community."

Collaboration with Google Cloud

On stage at the Consensus conference, Richard Widdman from Google expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration with MANTRA. He noted the shared goal of supporting the next wave of innovative Web3 startups that are focusing on the tokenization of real-world assets. With access to Google Cloud's extensive infrastructure and expertise, these startups are poised to thrive and explore new possibilities within the Web3 domain.

Application Process and Program Start

The application process for the RWAccelerator is now open, with the first intake accepting applications until March 20, 2025. Notifications to selected participants will be dispatched by April 1, and they will commence a three-month program that kicks off with an in-person summit in Dubai. The next round of applications will open on March 20, 2025.

The launch of RWAccelerator comes on the heels of MANTRA securing a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). This crucial milestone allows MANTRA to operate as a Virtual Asset Exchange and provide vital services, including Broker-Dealer and Management Services.
