Celebrating Two Decades of Impact with HHRD

On October 8, 2025, Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) proudly marks its 20th anniversary, a significant milestone in its journey of compassionate support for humanity. Founded in 2005, HHRD has evolved into a pivotal international organization dedicated to alleviating human suffering through emergency relief and sustainable development initiatives in various vulnerable communities around the world.

HHRD’s mission — Serving, Healing, and Empowering — has guided its efforts in providing essential aid and services to approximately 101 million beneficiaries across more than 80 countries. This impressive reach includes extensive support for 20 different refugee populations, reflecting HHRD’s commitment to serving those in dire need.

Over these two decades, HHRD has established 14 core programs, supplemented by numerous sub-projects that tackle critical issues, including emergency relief, health, education, water and sanitation, orphan support, and livelihood development. These programs aim to address immediate needs while also working to cultivate long-term sustainable solutions.
