Deye Redefines Solar Technology at Intersolar 2025: Innovations Unveiled

Deye Unveils New Innovations in Solar Technology at Intersolar 2025

Deye, a leading player in solar energy technology, made a significant impact during the Intersolar Europe 2025 expo, one of the premier solar industry trade shows. Over three days, the company showcased its next-generation Power Conversion System (PCS), along with innovative wireless energy management systems, independent Energy Storage Solutions (ESS), and utility-scale solutions. These groundbreaking products drew substantial attention from global partners and professionals.

Highlights of the Exhibition

The Deye exhibition featured an impressive indoor hall and an outdoor container zone. Inside, Deye displayed its HVAC systems and integrated PV storage solutions tailored for residential, commercial, industrial applications, and ground-mounted installations. Meanwhile, the outdoor area spotlighted the Smart Home Micro-Climate Comfort Solution, which operates using a household energy storage system combined with the Five Constant System, effectively broadening the application of solar energy storage.

One of the standout innovations was Deye's new PCS series. This system boasts seamless mode transitions of less than 20 milliseconds and offers independent power paths up to 500 kW for uninterrupted on-grid, off-grid, and diesel operations. Alongside, Deye's intelligent Energy Management System (EMS) enables zero-export controls and time-of-use scheduling, complete with a color touchscreen interface and cloud management capabilities. With an efficiency rating of up to 98.5% and a nominal power capacity of 2.5 MW, it is designed for medium to large commercial and industrial applications.

Wireless Energy Management System

Another talked-about development was Deye's wireless smart energy management system, leveraging LoRa technology for smart load control and home automation. Through its multidimensional logical control capabilities—including factors like time, battery state-of-charge (SOC), and grid conditions—this system can automatically optimize energy consumption strategies. Furthermore, it supports Smart Home IoT integration by connecting devices such as smart EV chargers, wireless power converters, switches, and sockets for remote access via the Deye app.

The newly introduced off-grid ESS solution attracted significant attention for its suitability in remote and microgrid scenarios. Compatible with diesel generators and batteries, this system ensures stable energy delivery in off-grid or weak grid areas like deserts. An IP65 rating enhances durability and extends lifespan, while the integrated LoRa-based intelligent energy management system boosts performance and monitoring in off-grid applications.

CI ESS Series and Its Features

Additionally, Deye's CI ESS series offers a scalable, high-performance solution to meet diverse business demands. The MS-G215 Outdoor system features peak power management, backflow protection, and intelligent thermal regulation, ensuring battery temperatures remain below 35°C. It allows parallel expansion for up to 20 units in off-grid configurations or five units for backup systems. The combined PV-BESS-EV solution (MS-DCC180-2 + MS-LC430) integrates solar, storage, and fast-charging technology, promising benefits such as improved system efficiency by 4% and cost reductions by 15%.

Moreover, the CI PV-BESS solution for utilities delivers 430 kWh per unit with exceptional scalability and active balancing. It guarantees optimal battery performance and lifespan while adapting to different industry requirements, making it an ideal fit for commercial, industrial, and utility applications.

Strategic Milestones and Future Outlook

Beyond product displays, this exhibition marked a significant milestone in Deye's global strategy. The ESS F120 series obtained CEI certifications 0-21 and 0-16 for Italian medium voltage networks from Kiwa, while TÜV Rheinland awarded the VDE-AR-N certifications 4110 and 4120 for their flagship ESS and 110 kW three-phase inverter. Participants also experienced Deye's latest innovations through a VR showcase, underscoring the company's international technological leadership.

Looking ahead after Intersolar Europe 2025, Deye aims for global expansion, focusing on further technological development and strengthening worldwide partnerships. A Deye representative stated, "Our vision is clear: to provide communities, businesses, and grids with intelligent, sustainable energy. Intersolar has confirmed that we are on the right path—and the world is ready."
