Transforming Adversity into Opportunity: Insights from Former Hino Motors Chairman

Free Online Seminar: Transforming Adversity into Opportunity

On December 12, 2025, C&R Agency will host a free online seminar designed for middle management and leaders titled "Transforming Adversity into Opportunity: A Professional's Perspective Connecting the Field to Management."

About the Seminar

In today's rapidly changing world, the individuals who stand between the ground level and management face tough decisions daily. Challenges such as communication gaps between the field and top management, the difficulty in keeping up with directives from above, and confusion over one's career paths can create an environment of adversity. How should we navigate these challenges?

This seminar invites Yoshio Shimo, an experienced practitioner who has firmly held a dual perspective of valuing the field while maintaining an executive viewpoint. Through his career journey, Shimo will share insights on how to turn adversities into opportunities and address the question, "What does it mean to live as a professional?"
