Mira-bo's Innovative Maternal and Child Health App Launches in Shiroi City
Mira-bo, a company devoted to developing municipal services, has announced the launch of their maternal and child health app, "mila-e (ミライー) おやこ手帳," in Shiroi City, Chiba Prefecture. The app is set to commence operations on April 1, 2026, under the moniker "なし坊・かおりの子育て応援ナビ." This new release marks a significant upgrade from its previous version, enhancing its offerings for parenting support.
Background of the App
Since 2016, Shiroi City has been utilizing Mira-bo's previous maternal and child health app, which served as a base for the original "なし坊・かおりの子育て応援ナビ". The city has been committed to supporting families for several years through this platform. To improve the support for parenting households and provide a more integrated consultation and support experience, Mira-bo has upgraded the application's core functionality, now known as "mila-e おやこ手帳."
One of the standout features of the new app is the integration with the "My Number Portal". Previously, users were required to manually input vaccination records after each immunization, but the new system allows these records to be automatically displayed within the app, eliminating the need for manual entry.

- - Real-time Notifications: Users will receive timely updates from Shiroi City regarding developments that pertain to their child according to their respective age or month.
- - Vaccination Scheduler: A feature designed to avoid missed vaccinations or scheduling errors, ensuring that parents stay on top of health appointments for their children.
- - Electronic Maternal and Child Health Journal: Users can now maintain a record of their child's health and growth, complete with growth charts and health examinations.
