Entries are limited, with priority given to the 24 teams with the highest cumulative registrations from the Chubu region. The registration deadline is October 19, 2025, at 23:59. Teams will receive confirmation emails once selections are made. If fewer than 24 teams register, entries will be extended on a first-come, first-served basis up until October 26, 2025, at 23:59.

The 4v4 tournament format was created by the renowned soccer player Keisuke Honda to further enhance the soccer scene in Japan. Designed specifically for elementary school-aged children (U10, U12), the rules include matches lasting 10 minutes, free substitutions, and a feature where the goalkeeper can also participate in attacks. An innovative aspect is that there are no coaches or supervisors during the matches, promoting autonomy among young players, who can learn to adapt and grow through repeated match experiences.
