Hailing from Istanbul, Turkey, Nadir Gullu is a venerable brand with an impressive legacy of over 180 years, often referred to as the 'King of Baklava'. Founded in 1843, the brand is synonymous with exquisite baklava that transcends generations. The current chairman, Nadir Gullu, is the fifth in line of a family dedicated to crafting unforgettable baklava, aiming to link culinary cultures around the world.

The Cold Pistachio Baklava is a novel spin on the traditional baklava, which has been cherished since the Ottoman Empire. In recent years, Turkey has seen the emergence of a trendy “cold baklava” style, and now it’s making its way to Japan. This dessert is not only unique but also ideal for warmer seasons.

The process begins with the renowned Pistachio Baklava, which is soaked in rich milk sourced from Hokkaido, creating a moist and subtly sweet base.
